Join the Five-Town Libraries for a 45 minute meditation session with Amy Rutledge, certified as a Mindful Meditation Teacher at the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science in Manhattan. Amy will take you through a guided meditation exercise to help you relax and set goals for the new year. This program is free and open to everyone, but registration is required.
