The Friends of the Library are a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the Swansea Free Public Library's services to its patrons and encouraging community use of the library. Funded by annual dues and fundraising activities, the Friends support programs for all ages and provide materials and equipment not covered by the annual operating budget.

New Friends are always welcome!  Meetings are held monthly, usually on the first Tuesday of the month, at 6pm at the Library
