Wine 101: From Grape to Glass

The Five-Town Libraries (Berkley, Somerset, Swansea, Dighton and Fall River) welcome certified sommelier Gillian Katz for her popular "Wine 101" presentation.  

Gillian will discuss the fundamentals of wine including an overview of the wine making process, different types of wine, and a few ideas on the perfect wine pairings for Valentine’s Day.  

Prior to the class we will send out a list of wines that attendees can purchase and sip (or enjoy what you have on hand) for a perfectly wonderful wine tasting from the comfort of home.
