Comic books aren't just fun to read - they can be incredible gateways for learning about the world! Graphic novel writer Jason Viola fills his comics with humorous situations, endearing characters, and a lifelong fascination with science.
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how a comic is made and learn about some of the decisions that go into the construction of a professional comic book page!

Poetry Workshop

The Five-Town Libraries present these four workshops to help you draft new poems. We'll read and briefly discuss a contemporary poem for inspiration, engage in a short writing exercise to draft a new poem, and then those interested can share their drafts.
